The Advantages And Disadvantages Of Living In A Housing Scheme

A dwelling scheme comes with both its advantages and disadvantages as there can be both good and bad factors when it comes living in a complex with many other residents.

The good

If you are thinking about settling down in a Japan housing complex this could be a wise idea as dwelling complexes are not only very safe but convenient as well. The complex is safe as not just anyone will be allowed to enter. Any individual who wants to enter the complex will either have to be a resident of the complex or the individual has to be known to the resident they wish to see.

The security guards appointed by the dwelling complex are usually trained and well instructed on what they can and cannot do to make sure that the residents of the complex are safe. If you are thinking about living in a dwelling scheme, it would be wise to pick one that has facilities such as a gym and swimming pool because then you will not have to drive out of the complex in order to get some exercise. Having frequent access to a gym will enable you to work out daily which will help you get into shape. Japan property market offers awesome choice for investment.

 The bad

Although living in a dwelling scheme has its advantage’s it can also be a disadvantage. For example, if you want to have a party, you will have to be aware that the music is not too loud because as the houses in a dwelling unit are usually close together, the sound of the music will be able to reach your neighbor’s house easily. If you do not get on with one of your neighbors, this might become a problem for you as you will be forced to see the individual around frequently. Having frequent access to a gym and swimming pool might cause you to become obsessed with working out which might result in you neglecting the other things in your life or the complete opposite could happen where having frequent access to a gym, a swimming pool or tennis court but make you become sick of the facilities.

If you have a family member who is sick and needs lot of medical attention, then the lodging scheme might reject your application as most lodging schemes do not offer medical care and therefore do not take in people who have serious medical needs. There is a chance you may have to settle for a house that you do not really want as in a lodging scheme there may be a limited number of houses available. Therefore, this could result in you making the decision to move into a home that you are not completely satisfied with.
