If you like your music fun and catchy, uplifting and anthemic, then you are going to love Chandra’s latest single, “Smile!”!Bristol, UK-based (an old haunt of mine) Chandra is a phenomenal hit songwriter and this latest track is just another in a long line of great songs.

“Smile” is the kind of song that when it comes on the radio everyone wants you to turn it up! A frolic of a song and a funny, sweet and heartfelt commentary on how we should all stop holding back when we are happy.

The world is a gloomy place and if you are lucky enough to find your own happiness, then maybe by spreading it around a bit you can create happiness in everyone else! I’ve heard that yawning is infectious…so maybe smiling is too!

“Smile” is the perfect pop song and the accompanying video is an absolutely hilarious tribute. I challenge anyone not to smile through it… There’s a real heart to this song though. We are all hard on ourselves, we forget that being our own best friend is as important as being a friend to someone else. Kindness begins with ourselves and it’s the most important currency right now.
